Why it matters: The Diversity Data Gap in Mobility
Only 40% of mobility companies collect demographic data of their users and only 17% analyze their user data in detail. Where data is missing, knowledge is also missing. The diversity data gap refers to missing data collections or data sets in which a particular target group is underrepresented. The data gaps are to the disadvantage of marginalized groups such as women, migrants or people with disabilities.
